1. Purple is hot!

Lady Purple is delighted!

Purple and violet, and pink as well, are fashionable these days! Place your plant in a happy purple pot and you have got yourself a splendid addition to your interior. There are many plant species that have shades of violet in their leaves or flowers. These plants look fantastic in a violet vase. Examples are Cyclamen, Phalaenopsis, and our Tillandsia. Naturally, white-flowered plants look great in purple ceramic, as well. So use your imagination and create some herbal artwork!

2. Mikado, a golden choice.

How wonderful Mikado looks with its golden flower buds!

These little plants look best when they are placed side by side, the two of them, in fashionable decorative pots. Their flower buds truly look as though they are made of gold. Especially the combination of Mikado in a cylinder-shaped glass pot is really magnificent!

3. A miniature tree for your home.

This traditionally exclusive plant is now accessible for everyone! It will look splendid simply on your living room floor, but from late spring onwards, and throughout the summer, you can place it outside on your terrace or balcony. Bonsais are also available in small pots and bowls for the window sill, but of course these baby Bonsai trees too will look fantastic on your summertime garden table.

4. Fragrant flower beauty.

This splendid orchid named Phalaenopsis is a true enrichment to your interior. This plant can blossom and flower endlessly, especially when it receives the appropriate plant care. The white Phaleanopsis species looks wonderful in a chrome-coloured pot. These pots are available in many different varieties. You will find seven out of the innumerable orchid species here on our website.

5. Your house plants in glass.

Glass still is very fashionable. Glass vases are available in countless shapes and sizes. Think of classy cylinder-shaped vases, or funny cube-shaped pots like the one you see on the photo. You can place some coloured grit at the bottom and place your plants on top. But very beautiful too are the glass pots with the opaque lower halves, so that you do not see the plastic pot from the outside.

7. Hanging plants

Hanging plants.. We see too few of them. Hanging plants can cheer up those forgotten corners of your home. And especially in case you do not have sufficient space for house plants on your floor, hanging plants can prove to be the ideal solution. These hanging plants can just as well be placed on top of a tall bookcase, cupboard or living room cabinet. Or on top of the wardrobe in your bedroom. Let them drape down nicely. At Take-a-way trends you will find Aeschynanthus Twister and Rasta, both very trendy species of flowering hanging plants. With their beautiful red flowers they are sometimes nicknamed ‘Lipstick plants’. They are available in plastic pots with a ring, but you can easily repot them into something special of your own taste.
